Bulky waste collection booking for single unit dwelling

Mattresses and ensembles are subject to additional fees.

Bulky waste collections

The bulky waste collection service provides households with a convenient way to dispose of unwanted bulky household items.

All Canberra residents can now book their free bulky waste collection.

Residents are entitled to one collection per year. The collection can be up to two cubic metres of bulky items.

Items collected through the service will be sorted and re-purposed where possible, to keep more waste out of landfill.
