Household cleaners
Household cleaners must not be poured down the drain but can be safely disposed at a dedicated hazardous waste drop off point. Empty household packaging can be placed in your recycling bin.

Why?
Chemicals are damaging to the environment and do not belong in the rubbish or recycling bin. The Transfer Stations are required to dispose of chemicals responsibly to minimise harm to people and the environment.
