Disposal options

- The Canberra Yacht Club runs a boat shop with options for sales and reuse of parts and equipment
- If the boat is not in good condition, has been in an accident, and is written off, disposal options include (Transfer Station fees apply):
- Materials made predominantly of metal (80 percent) and be dropped off free at the following Transfer Stations as the metal can be recovered:
Why?
Boats in good condition can be sold for reuse or spare parts, keeping recoverable material out of landfill.
