Operational acceptance

Every development that is required to obtain a certificate of Operational Acceptance needs to meet the following criteria.

Operational Acceptance submission steps. Step 1. Once construction of the development is completed, the applicants prepare and lodge an Operational Acceptance submission through the ProjectWise portal. Step 2. TCCS assesses the submission against the original design. If the submission meets the TCCS requirements, a Certificate of Operational Acceptance will be issued. If amendments are required, the applicants will be advised in writing by TCCS. All re-submissions should be done via the ProjectWise portal. Step 3. If required, applicants can apply for a Soft Landscape Consolidation Commencement via the ProjectWise portal. If the submission meets the TCCS requirements a Certificate of Soft Landscape Consolidation Commencement is issued.
