The Development Coordination branch is the single point of contact for the ACT public and industry to ensure timely responses and advice on land developments, driveways or project delivery of a TCCS asset.
We provide advice, guidance and direction on all Territory assets associated with Roads ACT, City Presentation and ACT NoWaste, and manage processes such as operational acceptance, consolidation and final acceptance.
Approvals for driveway modification and construction; construction impacting storm water easements; demolition and excavation waste; and construction impacting the verge or public open space.
