Transport Canberra and City Services has established a single shop front approach to supporting industry undertaking development and projects across the Territory that will deliver directorate assets. Development Coordination provides advice, guidance and direction on all assets associated with Roads ACT, City Presentation and ACT NOWaste.

Development Coordination is the key contact to ensure your development, construction, driveway or project delivery of a Transport Canberra and City Servives' asset is going to be a smooth process up to and including the stages of operational acceptance, consolidation and final acceptance. Building works

We facilitate approvals for driveway modifications and construction; construction impacting storm water easements; demolition and excavation waste; and construction impacting the verge or public open space.

Pre-development application

Information about the key submissions which Development Review and Coordination endorses and approves.
