Plan and Build


Transport Canberra and City Services (TCCS) has established the Development Coordination branch as a single point of contact for the ACT public and industry to ensure timely responses and advice on land developments, driveways or project delivery of a TCCS asset.

We provide advice, guidance and direction on all Territory assets associated with Roads ACT, City Presentation and ACT NoWaste, and manage processes such as operational acceptance, consolidation and final acceptance.

Building works

Approvals for driveway modification and construction; construction impacting storm water easements; demolition and excavation waste; and construction impacting the verge or public open space.

Pre-development application

Information about the key submissions which TCCS endorses and approves.

Post-development application

Information about the design and construction specifications, guidelines and codes which all assets handed over to the Territory must comply with. Information about post-DA submission requirements.
