Lodgement of Soft Landscape Consolidation submissions

All post DA submissions must be lodged via the ProjectWise Portal as per the process (PDF 252.4 KB).

Users with valid licences can login remotely to the TCCS ProjectWise and Summary Works as Executed (WAE) portals from this page on a 24/7 basis.

All development submissions

When lodging a Landscape Consolidation submission please note the following important requirements:

• Soft Landscape Consolidation submission cover sheet (PDF 277.5 KB)
• documentation as per TCCS Reference Document 10 - Landscape Consolidation (PDF 1.7 MB)
• WAE as per TCCS Reference Document 8 - WAE Quality Records (PDF 1.8 MB) and TCCS Reference Document 11
• asset description forms (XLS 73.4 KB)

Assessment process

1. Applicant inspects site and certifies work is acceptable for Soft Landscape Consolidation Commencement in accordance with TCCS requirements.
2. Consultant lodges the submission as per above document requirements. Submissions from individual consultants for separate elements of work for the same project and in the same location must be presented together.
3. TCCS undertakes a check to ensure the minimum requirements for submission of a Soft Landscape Consolidation Commencement submission is met. An acknowledgment email will be issued the same day for submissions received prior to 12pm each business day. Submissions received after 12pm will receive an acknowledgment email the next business day. Incomplete submissions and those which do not meet all the requirements are returned to the consultant for completion.
4. If the Soft Landscape Consolidation Commencement submission has met all the requirements, an inspection is arranged to assess works.
5. If works are satisfactorily completed, TCCS will issue the certificate of Soft Landscape Consolidation Commencement.

Fees and charges
