Schedule of fees and charges and guidelines related to land development submissions and inspections
Guidelines have been prepared to assist all applicants responsible for the lodgement of submissions made in relation to all development projects in the ACT to understand the processing fee structure.
These guidelines apply to all submissions for:
- processing building applications
- processing land release proposals at estate development plan and Design Acceptance stage
- processing land release proposals at Operational Acceptance and Final Acceptance stages
- inspections of developments
- driveway inspections
- processing of developer requested staged developments.
