Applications

All submissions must be lodged via the TCCS approval form. Applications can only be accepted in electronic format.

If submitting via email, the email must be under 10MB. Plans which are over 10MB in size should be split into multiple emails and clearly numbered in the subject line (e.g.  ‘Email 1 of 2’).

Naming conventions for electronic plans

All plans lodged electronically must be named in accordance with Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate naming conventions.

Email your plans to TCCS.DRCDevelopmentApplications@act.gov.au

If you selected heritage issues in your application, also submit plans to: HeritageReferrals@act.gov.au

If you selected that a protected tree is involved in your application, also submit plans to: TCCS.TreeProtection@act.gov.au

Assessment and decision

Assessment will take a minimum of 15 working days to assess. On completion of assessment the advice will be emailed back to the applicant.
