Development application advice


The Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD) refers Development Applications that impact on Transport Canberra and City Services’ land, services, assets and infrastructure to Transport Canberra and City Services (TCCS) for comment.

The Development Coordination Branch coordinates the response on behalf of all business units within TCCS and consolidates the Directorate's position on the specific Development Application.

Decisions made by TCCS are then forwarded to EPSDD, and endorsed with one of the following responses:
