Carter is a sweet, reserved boy who, much like his brother, is timid in unfamiliar environments. He’s still learning to trust and explore the world around him, and with the right support, he has the potential to blossom into a confident and loving companion. Carter would thrive in a calm, structured home that allows him to settle in at his own pace. He requires ongoing training, socialisation, and exposure to help him build confidence and adjust to new experiences. A household with children aged 14+ is recommended, where he can feel safe and supported. He needs secure fencing and inside/outside access and is best suited to a single-dog household until he becomes more comfortable around other dogs. Carter is a gentle boy with a lot of love to give and would do well in an active home that can take him out daily for walks and quiet adventures to help build his confidence. If you're patient, kind, and ready to help Carter grow, he could be the perfect addition to your family.
