Nudurr Drive extension


Project description

Nudurr Drive is an arterial road adjacent to the suburbs of Crace and Palmerston. It has been constructed to date from Gundaroo Drive to Grampians Street however the existing road reserve continues east to connect with Gungahlin Drive approximately 500 metres south of the Kosciuszko Avenue intersection.

Detailed design work for the proposed extension of Nudurr Drive from Grampians Street to Gungahlin Drive was completed in 2010. In 2019-20 this work was reviewed and further traffic modelling undertaken, considering recent land use zoning changes to determine the importance and appropriateness of this extension.

Construction of this extension is subject to future funding opportunities.
