Complete: Monash commercial area improvements.

Minor improvements have been delivered in the commercial area on Barraclough Crescent in Monash to improve access and the overall look and feel, encouraging the community to spend more time in their suburbs.

These improvements were delivered with consideration given to the resubmitted development proposal for the area, noting the future use of the private leased land is unknown.

Local residents and visitors can now benefit from additional landscaping and tree plantings enhancing the public spaces and providing further shade. The improvements also included new outdoor picnic areas and separate seating for residents to gather and spend time together. Pedestrian connections will also be upgraded, improving access and safety.
