In Kambah, the local neighbourhood playground on Lascelles Circuit will be upgraded.

The final design will be shared with the community in 2026, ahead of works commencing.

Project description

Design is underway on Kambah playground upgrade.

In Kambah, the local neighbourhood playground on Lascelles Circuit will be upgraded.

Across the ACT, playgrounds are being improved, and new play activities are being delivered to provide children of all ages and abilities with fun, creative and engaging play experiences.

There are over 500 playgrounds across Canberra owned and managed by the ACT Government.

In 2024 an election commitment was made to improve the play facilities in eight suburbs across Canberra.
