Brock is searching for an active home with secure fencing and access to both indoor and outdoor areas. He would love a human companion who enjoys a good game of fetch as much as he does. Throw a ball, and you'll instantly see his happy, playful side shine through. Even after a big game of chase and fetch, Brock is often ready for another round, making him an ideal companion for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle. While Brock has a reasonable level of confidence, he can still be a little unsure in new situations and will benefit from a quieter home where he can settle in at his own pace. With patience, encouragement, and a consistent routine, his confidence will continue to grow. Brock is highly motivated by both food and toys, making him an excellent candidate for ongoing training. He loves food rewards and is eager to learn, so teaching him new skills, tricks, and good manners should be both rewarding and enjoyable. His intelligence and enthusiasm make him a wonderful dog to work with, and he will thrive when given plenty of mental and physical enrichment. Brock came into care a little underweight, so his new family will need to help him regain condition through quality nutrition and regular meals. Given his love of food, we don't think he'll mind that part at all! Brock would be best suited to a single-dog household with no children, where he can receive the attention, structure, and support he needs.
