Jacko is a friendly, social, and energetic boy who is looking for a patient and committed home where he can truly thrive. He can be a little reserved when first meeting new people or experiencing new environments, but once he has time to settle and feel safe, his personality really shines. When comfortable, Jacko is affectionate, playful, and loves to engage with people, often showing off his fun side with happy zoomies and enthusiasm. Jacko appears to have had limited formal training, so his new family will need to be willing to invest time in positive reinforcement training and ongoing socialisation. This will help build his confidence, improve his manners, and support him as he continues to adjust to life in a home environment. Jacko is very athletic and will require highly secure fencing of at least 2 metres, as he has shown the ability to easily climb or jump lower barriers. A home with indoor and outdoor access is ideal, along with a structured routine and daily exercise to meet his physical and mental needs. Jacko is best suited to an active household with no children, as he prefers his boundaries to be respected and can be startled by sudden movements. With the right match, he may do well living with another confident dog. Jacko will need time to settle, but for the right home, he will be a loyal and fun-loving companion.
