Miles is a gentle young pup looking for a patient and loving home to help him discover just how wonderful life can be. After what appears to have been a rocky start, Miles can be a little unsure of the world around him, but beneath that shy exterior is a sweet-natured boy with so much potential. This handsome lad has a lovely coat that is just begging for plenty of cuddles and pats from his favourite people. While he may take a little time to settle into new surroundings, once he feels safe and comfortable, his affectionate personality begins to shine through. Miles thrives on kindness, consistency, and positive encouragement. One thing Miles absolutely loves is food! He is highly food motivated and will eagerly work for his favourite treats, making him an excellent candidate for ongoing training. Whether it's learning basic manners, fun tricks, or confidence-building exercises, treats will go a long way in helping Miles succeed and strengthen the bond with his new family. Miles is looking for a quieter home where he can settle in at his own pace and continue building confidence. He would be best suited to an active household that can provide daily exercise, enrichment, and ongoing socialisation opportunities. Secure fencing is essential, and he would love a home with both inside and outside access so he can enjoy time with his people while also having space to explore and relax. As Miles can be a little underconfident, he will benefit from patient owners who understand that trust takes time. In return, they will gain a loyal and rewarding companion who will flourish with support and encouragement. Miles would be happiest as the only dog in the home and is not suited to living with children. Miles has also come into care a little underweight, so he is looking for a family who can help him regain condition through good nutrition and plenty of care. If you have a calm home, a kind heart, and the time to help a deserving young dog grow in confidence, Miles may just be the perfect addition to your family. He is ready to leave his past behind and start his next chapter with people who will give him the love, patience, and security he truly deserves.
