He is highly food motivated and will eagerly work for his favourite treats, making him an excellent candidate for ongoing training. Whether it's learning basic manners, fun tricks, or confidence-building exercises, treats will go a long way in helping Miles succeed and strengthen the bond with his new family. Miles is looking for a quieter home where he can settle in at his own pace and continue building confidence. He would be best suited to an active household that can provide daily exercise, enrichment, and ongoing socialisation opportunities. Secure fencing is essential, and he would love a home with both inside and outside access so he can enjoy time with his people while also having space to explore and relax. As Miles can be a little underconfident, he will benefit from patient owners who understand that trust takes time. In return, they will gain a loyal and rewarding companion who will flourish with support and encouragement. Miles would be happiest as the only dog in the home and is not suited to living with children. *The adoption fee covers the fee payable to Domestic Animal Services to release the dog. Additional fees include a registration fee ($65.55 or concession $25.05) and microchip fee ($27.55 to update microchip details or $50.25 if the dog was not microchipped when impounded). Sexually entire dogs must be desexed by a vet, fees will apply.
