The missed collection form is used to request the collection of a missed household waste collection.
The form should only be used when the residential bin was presented at the kerbside by 7 am on the collection day but the collection did not take place.
Use this form if the following bin collection missed their routine service:
Landfill (red or dark green lid)
Recycling (yellow lid)
Garden waste/FOGO (light green lid)
The claim must be submitted within three calendar days of the collection date. The claim will be investigated and if found valid the bin will be serviced within 2 working days from the approval of this form. The request may be denied if the bin was not presented correctly by 7 am on the collection date.
Important: Bins which require collection must be left on the kerb from completion of this form until collected or you are contacted about your request.
