Revisions to Urban Forest Approval Criteria – Public Trees
On 7 March 2025, revisions were made to the Urban Forest (Approval Criteria) Determination 2024 (No 1). These changes aim to refine the approval process for tree damaging activities under the Urban Forest Act 2023.
