Bin collections

  • JJ’s Waste and Recycling has commenced as the service provider for household waste collections in the ACT. Bin collections may happen at a different time of the day than usual. Please make sure you place your bins on the kerbside by 7 am on collection days and leave them on the kerbside until they have been collected.
  • For any bin collection issues please complete the Missed Bin Collection Form or contact JJ’s Waste & Recycling on 6270 5070.

ACT household landfill (rubbish) bins are collected weekly and recycling and green bins are collected on alternate fortnights.

To encourage better recycling and help us learn more about current waste and recycling behaviours, bin inspections are being carried out on household bins. Find out more about bin inspections and tagging.
