The Mugga 2 Quarry is managed by REMONDIS and handles the safe disposal of certified soil removed from construction and demolition projects. The quarry will accept the following waste types:

Mugga 2 Quarry is open Monday to Friday by appointment only through Remondis. Please allow at least 48 hours notice. Call Remondis on 13 73 73 or go to ACT Mugga 2 Quarry on the Remondis website.

An ACT NoWaste commercial waste credit account is required for disposals at Mugga 2 Quarry. For information on opening an account, please contact TCCS_NWNoWasteSystems@act.gov.au.

No other materials will be accepted. For demolition waste, putrescible waste and friable asbestos visit the Recyclopaedia for disposal options.

Landfilling of Mugga 2 Quarry has been designed to avoid impact on this ecological community and to reinstate the natural landform improving the environmental values of the area.
