Sportsgrounds and ovals


The ACT Government manages more than 280 hectares of irrigated sports fields. This includes approximately 884 individual sporting fields available for hire. We also have 31 dryland ovals which offer informal recreational opportunities.

Individuals and sporting organisations can hire a sportsground. Visit the ACT Sport and Recreation website to make a booking.
